Kristen Stiles is a graphic designer, crafter,  and co-founder of Stamford Pride, a newly founded LGBTQ+ organization in Stamford, CT. She currently sits as the Vice President on the Board. She is also the Communications Lead for the Americas with iPride at Indeed, an Inclusion Resource Group for LGBTQ+ employees and their communities. She belongs to other Inclusion Resource Groups as well, believing that intersectionality is at the core of being a good ally to all marginalized communities. Kristen works to promote diversity and inclusion in all communications related to her work. She is mindful that visibility is one of the most powerful and impactful components of change and is hopeful that her work will help to bring that visibility to those that need it. Her creativity is what drives her and her friends and family are what support that drive.
