Student Cultural Art & Literacy Program   

The Student Cultural Arts and Literary Program is a partnership between The Palace Theater and Picture That Art Consultants, a fine art consulting firm.  This program educates students from the Stamford Public School system and the community by promoting cultural awareness and promoting diversity. This program host the Annual Student Art Exhibition & Community Reception that has taken place every Black History month for the past 14 years.
