Janet Lage

Janet Lage lives in the New York metropolitan area with a base studio in Old Lyme, CT.  In addition to the CT studio, she travels to the West Indies yearly and paints in her Ocho Rios Jamaica studio. Her work is represented nationally in public and private collections and she has been a recipient of multiple competition awards jurored by senior curators from the MOMA, Guggenheim, Whitney and other national museums.  In 2010 she was awarded a Connecticut Artist Fellowship for painting.
