Share: Vistas of Community

It is with great pleasure that we present “Share: Vistas of Community” in honor of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and
Transgender (GLBT) Pride month. This inaugural exhibition represents the many iterations of an increasingly expansive
and evolving spectrum of gender and relationships. More specifically, the artwork selected for this show focuses on how communities are built.

Through the act of sharing space and activity, the individuals featured in these photographs have cultivated a deep relationship to their setting and to each other. This mutual relationship in turn supports and reinforces the values that are espoused by the individuals of the community and further helps to define the community’s place within society.
